AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY:

All Savages Jewelry items are made to order and may take up to 2 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to complete your order in a time. However, our products being handmade we ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Once your payment has been made and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. (Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time).

Thank you for your support and for choosing our products. If any issues may arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and do our best to resolve it.

Please note that any items you see on the Savages Jewelry Instagram and Facebook are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website, please contact us at savagesjewelry@gmail.com.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. However there are certain exceptions to this, feel free to contact savagesjewelry@gmail.com to discuss your issue with us. 

We will allow exchanges (Europe only) in some cases:

  • Wrong size
  • Default

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated automatically and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
